What are the California Specified Part # and the Executive Order# of this Catalytic Converter, Fiat X1/9 & Strada 80-88 - (SKU 27-4604)
CATALYTIC CONVERTER – (SKU 27-4674), so I can use it on my '86 Spider Graduate?

No this is only for the X1/9 such is why it is not listed for your car. We do not have a converter for your Alfa Spider, sorry.
None of the converters we offer have the California clearance as they are all made in Italy and frankly the Italians don't care what California wants.
