VINYL – Full Seat Upholstery (includes fronts and rear) in BLACK. These are full upholstery and not cheap slip covers.

*NOTE: This is vinyl but it fits all Pininfarina Spiders 1983-85. The kit comes with the rear seat vinyl but for Pininfarina owners, just give that to a friend.*

No. These are the upholstery. You are to remove the old and install this over the pads ONLY.
