Torsione Aluminum Alloy Wheel set

Size: 15×7.5″
Finish: VAS Smoked Chrome paint with polished lip
Offset: +15mm
Bolt Pattern: 4x98mm (FIAT, Lancia) & 4×108 (ALFA Romeo)
Center bore: 70.1mm
Weight (per wheel): 15.25 lbs

Fitments and tire sizes:
FIAT 124 Series: Sedan, TC, Sport Coupe, Sport Spider – 205/50R15
FIAT 2000 Spider – 205/50R15
Pininfarina Azzurra Spider – 205/50R15
FIAT/Bertone X1/9 (with VAS coilovers) – 195/45R15
Lancia Scorpion (Montecarlo) (with VAS coilovers) – 205/50R15

The Torsione (tohr-see-yoh-nay) is bold and beautiful, with the track width to back it up, and a nimble weight to boot. At 7.5″ wide, this is likely the most aggressive wheel you will be able to fit without significant body modifications. The reward is lower sidewall flex and more confident road-holding.

15″ wheels offer a MUCH wider selection of better tires, as well as a very ideal amount of tire sidewall for performance and comfort. Tighten up your cornering AND your look! Complement your car’s classic lines with rubber that means business. You haven’t experienced a FIAT until you’ve driven one with a set of VAS wheels.

Adding alloy wheels on FIATS will require slightly longer wheel bolts or (better yet) studs than most factory equipment. Be sure to select whether or not you need a wheel stud upgrade kit with your new wheels.

Please also select your shipping above. During checkout, be careful to provide the correct shipping address.

X1/9s with the VAS Coilover kit should mount 195/45 R15 tires (Not compatible with stock struts due to coil spring diameter).

The garage time video review of all VAS rims was very helpful and a part of what drove me to know that these were the tires I wanted. I love the classic look with modern touch, wide 7.5” stance, and increased 15” diameter. Has a much better selection of tires for this compared to stock 13” x 5” rims, and I went with Continental Extreme sport 02 summer tires and VAS recommended tire size. I can’t wait to get them road tested soon.

Q & A

Any eta in when these will be back in stock? Gabriel Gillan asked on August 4, 2023

Hello,

Please call for these kinds of questions as stock changes won't make sense in written format by next year.

How, why ,what do I need to do to be able to use the center caps provided with these wheels on my 76 Spider. The grease cups on the front will not allow for the center caps to install. Randy Dale Black asked on April 12, 2023

Randy,

You may need to remove the spring on the back of the center caps.

Hi there, I see that these require spline nuts, but I have a Fiat 500 that uses lug bolts. Any way to make these work? Chris P asked on March 18, 2023

Hello,

You can probably install them using 17mm headed bolts with a thin walled socket. Or you could just upgrade to studs and nuts.
Mounting wheels is FAR easier with stud as you have something for the wheel to rest on while you set it. There is a reason most car companies don't use wheel bolts.
