Fiat Spider 124 & 2000 1968-80 – Only Carb models

NEW Fuel tank for Carb Cars. Photos are of actual style you will receive. New tanks are produced without baffles.

This is a large item and is shipped at actually shipping rate, and not by VAS dicounted shipping scale.

Please inspect threads on the six studs that secure the sending unit. If the threads have excessive paint residue, clean the studs with solvent cleaner or a small wire brush. Do not force nuts into place.

First one came with some rust but Vicks was very responsive and sent a replacement right away. There was paint on the threads for the sending unit which kind of made it a pain to install nuts without worry of stripping the threads.... however Vicks does warn of this on their site. Also the studs to secure the sending unit must not have been exactly straight or spaced correctly as the sending unit holes did not all line up correctly. Had to enlarge the holes in order to get enough play for all holes to line up.
