Hi!
Note that this is the Alfa 164 pump, not the FIAT Spider pump. Your symptom could indicate one of several problems: 1) There is air in the cooling system. Spiders are notoriously hard to "burp." This makes the cooling system less effective at idle. If you have recently done maintenance, this is the likely culprit. 2) Your thermostat is failing, and is not able to fully open. 3) Your radiator fan is not moving enough air. This is often the case with factory fans, and can be remedied with a modern brushless fan, like the ones we sell. 4) Some combination of these options.
