Wiper Relay Kit
If you want faster wipers, then this is the correct answer.

Fiat 124 Spider 1973-78 (six wire)
Fiat X1/9 1979-88 (six wire)
* Fits 1979-85 Fiat Spider 2000 if you modify the connectors. Just need standard off the self connectors from a local generic store.*

– Inline fuse holder w/ fuse
When doing electrical work on any classic car you must take into account “current potential”. Avoid dangerous 95 amp alternators, when all you need is correctly sourced power.
There is a set of instructions included with each kit.
Purchased for 1988 X1/9. I live in the UK & the kit arrived well packaged with no damage & within a few days of ordering.
Kit easy to fit – pull apart original connections on the car & plug the corresponding connections of the kit into the connectors pulled apart. Drill a couple a holes to mount the relays.
The earth wire I attached to one of the screws holding the relays in place, after attaching relevant connector.
Had to ask question as to whether inline fuse holder was required & it was recomended it was. If that is the case, as an enhancement to the kit, add it as wired into the kit rather than include separately?
Easy enough to add in line fuse holder & extend wire to battery.
Noticed big improvement in wiper speed since fitting.
Definitely worth getting & fitting.
