They might but this kit has nothing to do with them. That said because the power for the headlight will now be sourced directly from the battery this does allow more power to other areas. So potentially you might get slightly brighter dash lights, but again that would only be a lucky add as the kit does not address the dash lights.

This is just the power side of the operation. Therefore you could connect any light to it as the "real" purpose of this kit is to remove the power from the ignition switch and route it to a direct battery source. Now if you are using an LED turn signal in your question then that has to do with the flasher relay and not the power. You would need a different flasher to operate an LED turn signal as the factory style relay is only good for the original style bulbs.
