Individual Throttle Bodies

 for Fiat 124, 2000 Spider & Coupe 1968-1985

VAS Individual Throttle Bodies (ITBs) deliver

state-of-the-art performance utilizing staged, semi-sequential fuel injection. VAS

ITBs were developed in-house by Vick Autosports at their facility in Fort

Worth, Texas.

 This system gives the Fiat enthusiast the

opportunity to have as sophisticated a fuel delivery system as is available for

any vintage car. With reliability in

mind, the VAS staff selected tried and true components whenever possible. Some parts are, of course, custom made. The

runners are hand cut and welded in our shop. Great care is taken to make sure

the runners are built so that each cylinder receives unrestricted, even flow. The

VAS ITB system is, in fact, the only one commercially available in the world for

classic Fiat 124/2000 Spiders and Coupes.

 Runner length and diameter are sized to optimize

overall performance.  VAS ITBs have shown an average horsepower and torque increase of 15% across the RPM range, with peak performance at high RPM.

 VAS ITBs must be mated with VAS Programmable FI

(SKU 33-9307). VAS PFI, another exclusive offering from Vick Autosports, is fully programmable as opposed to more

basic systems offered for other makes.
