Hi there, I have ordered this sender unit for my 1977 Fiat 132 1800 twin cam . Can you tell me if this suits the existing oil tapping (I believe it's M14. 1.5 thread pitch)

Does this oil pressure sensor come with the seal/hasket?
Hello,
There is no "seal" or "gasket" for this part. The product has a washer that goes on the thread in part that seals it once fully installed.
If you look closely at the photo you'll see the washer which is included.

Does this item control both the oil pressure gauge needle and light on a 77 124 Spider?

No, this is only the needle. The warning light is SKU 54-9661.
