1) This section will not mate up to an ANSA, due to significant differences in design. This section is 2.25" in diameter and mandrel-bent, as opposed to the much smaller non-mandrel ANSA. Ours is also much lighter than the ANSA. It will work with our 2.25" stainless muffler though, without modification!
2) You have numerous options for glass packs that will fit. Essentially, any pack for 2.25" exhaust under a reasonable overall size.
3) Our stainless exhaust pairs really well with our stainless header, as the header outlet (aka: downpipe) is also 2.25". Full stainless steel construction doesn't exhibit the same rust and flaking potential of chrome-plating, so that's a bonus.
4) There are several YouTube videos on our full stainless exhaust from Eldest Builds and Garage Time TV, including recordings of the exhaust note from multiple vantage points. Because the pipe diameter is so much larger than stock, the overall system volume is greater, meaning the pitch is lower, and the tone much less rasping than the ANSA. To my ears, it is richer, fuller, and smoother. Sounds like a whiskey commercial... Hah!
